Grievance Procedure
Students wishing to file a complaint while in school may see their respective class teacher. If this does not lead to a satisfactory conclusion, the student may contact the Dean of Students by calling the IHAS office.
If the student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting the State of Connecticut. All complaints must be in written form, with permission from the
complainant(s) to forward a copy of the complaint to the school for a response. The complainant(s) will be kept informed as to the status of the complaint, as well as the final resolution. Please direct all inquires to:
