Grading Policy
Students in the Energy Medicine Practitioner Program (EMP) and Energy Medicine Certificate Program (EMC) are graded on a point system. At the end of every weekend students will be given feedback as to their progress in the program. The categories in which they are assessed are: Anatomy and Physiology – 10 pts. Case Study – 10 pts. Commitment – 20 pts. Core Energetics Personal Processing – 20 pts. Demonstration of Healing Techniques – 20 pts. Homework – 20 pts.
Note: In the Junior and Senior years the points system will be adjusted to reflect modifications to the curriculum such as the internship addition.
A minimum score of 85 is required for each weekend and cumulatively for the year. This high standard reflects our commitment to ensuring that students are well-trained and well-developed healers by the end of the four years.
Anyone receiving a score below 85 will receive an Incomplete and a remediation plan will be developed with their Teacher. Note: The student is responsible for approaching the Teacher to make arrangements for remediation. |
